The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an E‑Commerce Intern to support day-to-day online store operations across Lazada and Shopee in Malaysia.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, maintain store content, and assist in performance tracking for campaign execution. Responsibilities include updating product listings, banners, and promotional assets, monitoring campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy across reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required; availability of up to 6 months is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in e‑commerce operations and digital marketplace execution (Lazada, Shopee).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HTML or e‑commerce backends is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Lazada and Shopee stores, ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
• Maintain and update all e‑commerce store assets, including product listings, banners, and promotional mechanics, with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate closely with appointed agencies to support operational execution and address platform-related issues.
• Assist in tracking store performance and reporting, ensuring data accuracy across reporting systems.
