Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an organized e-commerce admin to manage daily orders on Shopee and TikTok Shop, handle invoices and payments, and support stock control. You will print airway bills, prepare packing lists, and ensure timely shipping while maintaining accurate product listings and promotions.

The role requires 1–2 years in e-commerce or related fields, with preference for Shopee/TikTok Shop experience and basic SQL Accounting know-how. 5 days per week, Malaysia location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, retail, wholesale or a related field is preferred.
• Experience handling Shopee and/or TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting System will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce & Order Fulfilment: Handle daily Shopee and TikTok Shop orders; print airway bills, packing lists; ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.
• TikTok & Online Advertising: assist in managing TikTok Shop operations; set up and monitor TikTok Ads; monitor basic advertising performance (sales, spend, ROAS).
• Wholesale & SQL Accounting: handle walk-in and wholesale orders; prepare sales orders, invoices, DOs and packing lists using SQL Accounting; update customer records.
• Payment & Receipt Records: record payments from wholesale customers; issue receipts and maintain records.
• Stock & General Administration: assist with stock checks and filing; support daily e-commerce and admin duties.
