Job summary

Xiaomi Malaysia is seeking a motivated E‑Commerce Intern to support online sales and digital marketing operations. You will gain hands-on experience in platform management, campaign execution, and data analysis within a fast-paced consumer electronics environment.

As a final-year student, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize listings, content, and promotions, while developing analytical and communication skills for career growth.

Qualifications

• Currently a final-year bachelor’s or master’s student in related fields.
• Strong interest in digital commerce, online retail and electronics.
• Good English communication; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva or Photoshop familiarity is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and teamwork.
• Prior internship or experience in e‑commerce/digital marketing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support platform operations: manage product listings and content accuracy on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns and promotions.
• Create and upload banners and visuals to enhance campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare simple reports for optimization.
• Coordinate with customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Work with marketing, supply chain, and retail teams to align activities.
