Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Basic to good proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Affinity or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and layout principles.
• Experience in creating graphics and digital content is required.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography and video editing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Creative, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude and teamwork.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Design promotional materials for digital and print platforms, including posters, banners, brochures and marketing graphics.
• Create and edit product images, website banners and visual content for e-commerce platforms and the company website.
• Maintain consistent branding, layout and visual presentation across all platforms.
• Assist with product photography, videography and basic video editing for promotional purposes.
• E-Commerce & Product Listing Management: Assist in managing and updating product listings on the company website and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Upload product images, descriptions, specifications and pricing accurately.
• Ensure product information and online listings are organised, attractive and up to date.
• Assist in improving product presentation and the overall online shopping experience.
• Social Media Content & Management: Create, plan and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Design social media graphics, promotional posts, carousels and other digital content.
• Develop creative content ideas, write captions and assist with promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent social media posting schedule and brand identity.
• Website Management & Improvement: Assist in updating website content, banners, product information and promotional sections.
• Support website layout and visual improvements to enhance user experience.
• Ensure website content and product information are accurate and consistent.
• General Responsibilities: Assist with creative projects, marketing campaigns and daily e-commerce activities.
• Manage multiple assigned tasks and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
• Work closely with team members to support the company's marketing and business objectives.
• Explore and utilise suitable AI-powered tools to improve creative work efficiency and productivity.
