Job summary

Career Horizons is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or F&O Functional Consultant to join our expanding consultancy team in Petaling Jaya. You will lead ERP transformation projects across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory, and Warehouse Operations, translating business needs into practical ERP solutions.

You will guide clients through discovery to deployment, with a focus on fit-gap analysis, data migration, UAT, training, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ERP Consulting, Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or related roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, or Finance.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, and UAT.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Conduct workshops, process reviews, and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or F&O solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions and functional specifications.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing functional support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Drive process improvements across Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance functions.
