Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N3).
• Proficient in programming languages such as .NET and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform.
• Basic knowledge of Azure Services.
• Passion for learning and strong business sense and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems.
• Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams.
• Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis.
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood.
• Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes.
