Job summary

HITACHI ASIA (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 professional in Kuala Lumpur to design, develop, and lead D365 solutions for financial services clients. You will guide technical teams, define requirements with stakeholders, and ensure best practices across the project lifecycle.

You will stay abreast of Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 advancements, acting as SME and mentoring junior members while delivering high-impact Microsoft solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet the needs of clients in the Financial Services Industry.
• Lead and guide technical teams in the successful implementation of D365 solutions, ensuring best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and scope of work.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams through planning, design, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 to leverage new technologies.
• Act as SME on Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Customer Insight, and Dynamics 365, mentoring junior team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
