• Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress through various assessment methods.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment data.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support student achievement and school improvement initiatives.
• Participate actively in school events, meetings, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
