Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will craft engaging social media content, produce short-form videos from concept to publish, and help shape brand storytelling across platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–3 years' related experience as a plus.

You will work onsite in Malaysia, collaborating with talent and using tools like Canva and CapCut to deliver polished content that resonates with audiences and aligns with current digital trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply. 1–3 years of relevant content creation or social media experience preferred.
• Passionate about content creation, storytelling and social media.
• Confident on camera and able to direct talent during shoots.
• Able to shoot and edit short-form videos using smartphones or cameras.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Creative thinker with strong communication, organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms (images, videos, captions).
• Produce high-quality short-form videos from ideation to publishing.
• Develop creative ideas and copy for brand content.
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to maximise reach.
• Monitor content performance and engage with audience feedback.
