Job summary

You'll respond to feedback from observations and integrate ICT tools such as Toddle or Microsoft Teams. You will also support students pastorally and participate in extracurricular activities as required by the timetable.

Qualifications

• Provide engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
• Produce yearly schemes of work (SOWs) for classes and ensure syllabi alignment.
• Establish and communicate clear learning outcomes for daily lessons.
• Respond to feedback from lesson observations and appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Use ICT in lessons that match school requirements, such as Toddle or Microsoft Teams.
• Set homework with appropriate levels and times for each class based on age and ability.
• Mark student work and provide both verbal and written feedback regularly.
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment, and ensure responsible use of school resources.
• Manage student behaviour and implement appropriate consequences.
• Maintain health and safety on school premises and during authorised activities.
• Perform pastoral duties including student support and counselling for academics.
• Create or participate in at least one CCA per week.
• Lead or participate in extracurricular activities such as sports, clubs, events, and school exhibitions.
