Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live host, presenter, or similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and on-camera presentation skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of lead generation and conversions.
- Fluency in Malay and English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions across platforms to showcase products.
- Engage viewers, answer questions, and respond to feedback in real-time.
- Present product features and benefits persuasively.
- Identify and qualify leads during sessions and nurture opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing on content strategies and campaigns.
- Track metrics like engagement, conversions, and sales.
- Maintain professional brand representation and adhere to brand values.
- Adapt content/styles based on audience feedback and data.
