Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
• Good spoken and written English with confidence in making cold calls.
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable handling rejection.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce company products and services.
• Identify and qualify potential leads and understand their needs.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Arrange appointments and meetings for the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and lead progress.
