Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Freight forwarding sales experience is mandatory.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new customer accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Identify potential customers and actively promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Analyze customers' business performance and recommend suitable logistics solutions to improve service quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain competitive pricing while ensuring profitability to the company.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Work with Operations and Air Freight CS Division to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Develop and implement SOPs based on customers' logistics requirements.
• Communicate customer expectations with relevant Operations staff and internal departments.
• Handle customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
