Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is seeking a results-driven professional to design and support driver acquisition, activation, engagement and retention initiatives using structured problem-solving and data-driven approaches.

You will analyse driver funnel performance, identify opportunities across lead generation, onboarding, first transaction, productivity and churn, and lead end-to-end projects with internal stakeholders to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Projects.
• 2–4 years of working experience in management consulting, growth, acquisition, retention, operations, partnerships, technology or high-growth companies are preferred.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and support driver acquisition, activation, engagement and retention initiatives using structured problem-solving and data-driven approaches.
• Analyse driver funnel performance and behaviour to identify opportunities across lead generation, onboarding, first transaction, productivity and churn.
• Identify operational, process and product gaps, and initiate improvement projects or proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end projects from research to pilot execution, rollout and post-project evaluation.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with external partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Develop pilot programmes and POCs with defined mechanics, budget and timelines.
• Engage with drivers to support campaign adoption and gather feedback.
• Understand the driver ecosystem and collaborate across functions for timely updates on milestones.
• Work with stakeholders to gather data and conduct analysis enabling business improvement.
• Apply test-and-learn approach, evaluate results and iterate initiatives.
