Job summary

DAA Design Associates Sdn Bhd, a leading architectural and interior design firm in Johor Bahru, is seeking a responsible Driver cum Despatch to support daily operations. The role involves driving, delivering and collecting documents and materials, and assisting with general operational tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, owns transport with a valid licence, and familiarity with Johor Bahru routes. Mandarin language ability is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience as a Driver, Despatch, or in a related position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, documents, materials and other items.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, materials and other items as required.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and items when required.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance and roadworthiness, and report any issues to the Management.
• Assist with other general operational duties when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Driver cum Despatch to support our daily operations. This position will be responsible for driving duties, delivering and collecting documents, materials and other items, as well as assisting with general operational when required.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

• Familiar with Johor Bahru and surrounding routes.

• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn.

• Able to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.

• Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
