Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise operation and maintenance activities for DCS plants.
• Ensure reliable and efficient chilled water supply in accordance with Cooling Water Supply Agreements (CWSAs).
• Monitor plant performance, maintenance schedules, and equipment reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and response to plant breakdowns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and SHE regulations.
• Manage contractors, service providers, and maintenance contracts.
• Assist in budget monitoring, procurement processes, invoice, and management approvals.
• Coordinate licensing, inspections, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support manpower planning, staff supervision, and work scheduling.
• Prepare operational reports and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Superior or HOD.
