Job summary

Johnson Controls Malaysia is seeking a Service Coordinator to support chiller and water-treatment services. You will schedule tasks with MVM and coordinate monthly service for chillers, cooling towers, water pumps and water treatment, including annual ASD and quarterly legionella tests.

You will attend site meetings, update operator progress, prepare executive reports on plant performance, and draft quotations for the service team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 1 year of related experience.
• OSH-C qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service tasks with MVM and coordinate monthly service for chillers, cooling towers, water pumps, and water treatment.
• Obtain updates on service progress and parameter summary updates from operator.
• Attend site meetings with MVM and provide advice on operational matters.
• Update daily staff attendance (Operator) in chiller plant.
• Provide report compilation for the executive report for chiller plant: service task completion; monthly and summary reports on power, water, and electricity usage.
• Cover other site (DLP, PSA & O&M) as requested by Service Account Manager.
• Create quotation for service team.
