Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Penang seeks a seasoned leader to head the Program Management function at the site, hire and develop a high-performing PM team, and ensure delivery aligns with customer contracts.

The role partners with Operations and other site functions to drive customer satisfaction and implement Plexus' best practices. You will lead site-level initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and sponsor customer satisfaction metrics while supporting NPI launches, transfers, and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science with 15+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management function at the site and build a capable PM team.
• Ensure understanding of customer contracts and delivery by PMs and cross-functional teams.
• Establish standard work and Plexus best practices at the site.
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and cross-functional improvements.
• Forecast PM resources and support site transfers, NPIs, and transitions.
