Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outsourced manufacturing strategies with key assembly and test partners.
• Include capacity planning, production footprint optimization, and long-term operational roadmaps.
• Lead pricing negotiations, pricing roadmap development, and site-related cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage new product introduction (NPI), technology transfer, and manufacturing development projects.
• Define and maintain packaging, test, and manufacturing roadmaps aligned with growth and product requirements.
• Oversee supply chain and sourcing initiatives, including out-of-China strategies and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with production standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Serve as primary operational interface with external manufacturing partners and drive cross-functional collaboration.
