One Belian Seed PLT, a major beverage manufacturer in Malaysia, seeks a Manufacturing Director to drive end-to-end plant performance at the CO facility, owning strategy, operations, quality, safety and cost discipline.

You will lead a multi-line operation, manage capital projects and technology transfer with international suppliers, and champion Manufacturing Excellence within ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP frameworks.

Formación

• Minimum 12 years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience within FMCG or beverage manufacturing, including at least 4 years in a senior plant leadership role (Plant Director).
• Proven experience managing a multi-line beverage manufacturing facility, ideally including exposure to or direct experience within an MNC FMCG or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Track record of leading Manufacturing Excellence / Operational Excellence programmes and delivering measurable productivity and cost improvements.
• Experience with beverage-specific manufacturing technologies (hot-fill/cold-fill, carbonation, aseptic filling, PET blow-moulding, canning) is essential given CO's product range.
• Experience operating within international quality/food-safety frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP) and managing regulatory or customer audits.
• Experience managing capital projects and technology transfer/installation with international equipment suppliers.

• Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy for CO covering capacity, capability, technology, cost, and quality across all beverage production lines.
• Translate CO's commercial and brand growth plans into production capacity and investment plans, in the way leading beverage multinationals plan supply against demand.
• Sit on the CO leadership team, contributing manufacturing perspective to commercial, supply chain, and investment decisions.
• Own the plant's future footprint planning — new lines, capacity debottlenecking, and automation — as CO's brand portfolio grows.
• Direct day-to-day manufacturing operations at the CO facility across all beverage categories and production lines.
• Ensure production plans meet volume, mix, and service-level targets agreed with Commercial, Sales, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Standardise manufacturing processes, systems, and reporting across all lines, deploying a Manufacturing Operating System / Integrated Work System consistent with MNC FMCG practice.
• Oversee shift operations, production scheduling, changeovers, and line efficiency across the facility.
• Ensure all beverages are manufactured in full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and applicable Myanmar FDA and export-market regulatory requirements.
• Champion a right-first-time quality culture, minimising customer complaints, product recalls, and non-conformances.

The Manufacturing Director, CO is the senior manufacturing leader for the Beverage Division of the Holding Group, accountable for end-to-end plant performance at the CO manufacturing facility. The role owns manufacturing strategy, production operations, product quality and food safety, cost competitiveness, capital investment, and operational excellence across all beverage production lines — carbonated soft drinks, dairy-based drinks, energy and sports/hydration drinks, and bottled water — ensuring output meets volume, quality, cost, safety, and service commitments in line with international FMCG beverage manufacturing standards. Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO of CO, the incumbent leads the plant's manufacturing organisation, drives the site's Manufacturing Excellence agenda, builds a high-performing plant leadership team, and represents manufacturing on the CO leadership team.
