Job summary

IQVIA seeks a seasoned Project Leader to manage end-to-end delivery of complex global oncology studies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regions to ensure milestones, budgets, and quality while maintaining strong sponsor relationships.

With 10+ years in CRO/pharma project management and 7+ years leading global programs, you will drive MRCTs and strategic account growth. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to engage stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• 7+ years independently leading global trials/programs.
• Strong oncology clinical trial experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global oncology studies ensuring quality, timelines, budgets and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary sponsor/stakeholder contact, building client relationships and managing expectations.
• Drive cross-functional global teams to meet study milestones and mitigate risks.
• Lead complex multinational MRCTs across regions including China, US and Europe.
