Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced project leader to manage multiple consulting engagements in the life sciences sector, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while driving client value. You will coordinate internal and external teams, develop profitable proposals, and contribute to business development and client retention.

The role requires strong program management, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate complex client environments across CoEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of related experience including consulting and life sciences industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensures on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Leads teams to review client requirements and develops profitable, well-scoped proposals.
• Manages proposal preparation and bid integrity.
• Develops project plans with timelines and deliverables and leads projects to completion.
• Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
• Acts as key client contact and delivers findings and presentations.
• Identifies follow-on work and develops new business opportunities.
• Provides post-delivery follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentors and shares expertise to elevate capabilities.
