Job summary

Vantage seeks a Director of Development Delivery in Malaysia to lead multiple data center projects from concept through commissioning. You will manage HV substations, grid connections, energization and delivery timelines while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include budget control, QA/QC, vendor relations, and ensuring safety and compliance across all stages. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will drive efficiency and scalable construction delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of people leadership experience.
• Data center and utility infrastructure experience required.
• Experience delivering high-voltage utility infrastructure and substations up to 275kV.
• Strong understanding of grid connections, energization planning and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead development delivery across Malaysia from concept to energization.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling and vendor management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, on-time project delivery.
