Job summary

Vantage seeks a Director of Development Delivery in Malaysia to lead data center developments and utility infrastructure across the country. You will oversee pre-construction, design, permitting, entitlements, bidding, construction, commissioning, and project closeout while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of people leadership experience required.
• Data Center experience required.
• Experience delivering high-voltage utility infrastructure and substations up to 275kV.
• Experience managing utility providers, HV contractors and electrical equipment vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus-wide execution of development projects from concept through commissioning.
• Oversee design, permitting, entitlements and construction activities.
• Lead energization and commissioning of HV power infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across Malaysia campus developments.
• Develop budgets, monthly forecasts and variance analyses.
• Ensure QA/QC of deliverables and compliance with project turnover requirements.
