Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie in Malaysia seeks a senior leader to head the Cloud Hardware support teams responsible for on-site support, installations and proactive services across the country. You will guide Managers, Datacenter Technicians and Field Engineers to ensure delivery within defined territories and data center sites.

You will focus on meeting service levels 24x7, driving customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities while mitigating operation gaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Managers, Datacenter Technicians and/or Field Engineers for on-site support, installations and proactive services across Malaysia.
• Drive service levels 24x7, improve customer satisfaction, identify business opportunities and mitigate operation gaps.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
• Act as primary point of contact for advising and assisting on diverse situations and escalated issues.

• As a leader in the Cloud Hardware support organization, you will be responsible for leading teams of Managers, Datacenter Technicians and/or Field Engineers assigned for delivery of on-site support, installations, proactive services in a defined territory and/or data center sites across Malaysia.
