Job summary

IQVIA in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead execution of clinical studies from pre-award through close-out, ensuring time, quality and budget targets are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong track record in clinical research, project leadership, and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life sciences or related field.
10 years clinical research experience including 6 years of project management.
Strong knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).
Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead bid defense preparations and present proposals with Business Development.
Develop and support integrated study management plans with core project team.
Oversee delivery of clinical studies ensuring quality, speed and cost targets.
Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships with key customer contacts.
Set objectives for project teams and provide performance feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to achieve milestones and resolve issues.
Monitor progress and proactively present project information to stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and promote global alignment of practices.
Ensure financial success by resource management and profitability across projects.
