Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a Director, CFCR Advisory TB, Cash to provide expert risk-based regulatory compliance guidance for Transaction Banking across the Cash product suite. The role collaborates with TB business units, regional CFCR teams and senior management to ensure consistent application of policies and robust controls.

You will lead advisory activities on digital assets, conduct risk, and regulatory changes, shaping risk-based decisions and supporting proactive compliance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience in Banking and Cash products.
• Experience in Risk Management and regulatory environment.
• Good grasp of banking regulatory environment and compliance.
• Experience in Cross-functional Collaboration across teams and regions.
• Experience in Digital Assets.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory compliance advice to TB Cash business and related products.
• Ensure consistent interpretation of regulatory requirements across CFCR Advisory TB, Cash.
• Lead risk-based advisory on digital asset products, clients and transactions.
• Support design and governance of controls, product approvals and client lifecycle processes.
• Escalate complex risk scenarios to DA CFCR Hub and senior management.
