Job summary

dxctechnology is seeking a senior software engineering leader in Petaling Jaya to drive design, development, and delivery of strategic software solutions for the business.

You will lead a team of engineers, mentor staff through regular one-on-one meetings and performance assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements, align technology with goals, and sustain agile practices that deliver high-quality code on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing teams and projects.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage resources and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure delivery.
• Provide mentorship and conduct regular performance discussions.
• Guide the execution of the software engineering strategy and align with business goals.
