Job summary

Worley Malaysia is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant to join our Malaysia team. You will provide day-to-day support for Legal and Compliance platforms and work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver enhancements and ensure platform stability.

This role emphasizes solving technical problems, strong stakeholder relationships, and collaboration across business and technology teams. A background in enterprise SaaS and ITSM is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in application support, digital solutions, systems analysis, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with at least two Legal, Compliance, or enterprise SaaS platforms such as Agiloft, Brightflag, TrustArc, DPO, or Entity Management Systems.
• Familiar with ITSM processes and Agile/Scrum delivery; REST APIs, web services, middleware, data flows, and integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Legal and Compliance platforms such as Brightflag, TrustArc, Agiloft, and Entity Management Systems.
• Manage BAU activities, including incident resolution, service requests, problem management, and production support.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver enhancements, and improve business processes.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize applications while supporting platform stability, security, and performance.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, releases, CI/CD, and change management.
• Collaborate with vendors, developers, and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues and deliver successful solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, monitor application health, and drive continuous service improvement.

About The Job

We’re looking for a Digital Solutions Consultant to join our Malaysia team.

As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you’ll keep critical Legal and Compliance platforms running smoothly while working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams. You’ll provide day-to-day application support, deliver enhancements, and ensure our digital solutions continue to meet evolving business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, building strong stakeholder relationships, and working across both business and technology teams.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Have

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in application support, digital solutions, systems analysis, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with at least two Legal, Compliance, or enterprise SaaS platforms such as Agiloft, Brightflag, TrustArc, DPO, or Entity Management Systems.
• Experience across incident, problem, change, release, and production support activities.
• A strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and Agile or Scrum delivery environments. Experience supporting REST APIs, web services, middleware, data flows, and application integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and drive resolution. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders globally.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Exposure to cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Experience contributing to architecture decisions and platform strategy.
