Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Digital Operations Project Coordinator to help deliver digital and omnichannel initiatives across e‑commerce and retail operations.

You will gather business requirements, coordinate with business users, IT teams and external vendors, support timelines and risks, and assist with rollout and ongoing improvements to digital solutions that boost fulfilment and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• 4-7 years of experience in digital operations, e-commerce, project coordination, or business transformation.
• Retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industry experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and project coordination skills.
