Job summary

Capital Dynamics Asset Management Sdn Bhd seeks a Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for building brands through digital channels. You will lead strategies, manage campaigns across websites, social media, blogs, and e-commerce, and work with a small team to align digital with PR.

You will analyse data for insights, optimise user journeys, and improve conversion points, while staying ahead of tech trends to boost investor interest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance with IT or CS.
• 3–5 years of experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and deliver high impact digital marketing strategies for the group’s brands.
• Utilise digital channels (web, social, blogs, e-commerce) to increase brand awareness and investor interest.
• Plan budgets and coordinate campaigns with a small marketing team.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to gain customer insights and improve traffic campaigns.
• Track marketing metrics to measure efficacy of campaigns.

We seek a contributor who has the passion of a zealot in digital marketing. You need to have solid experience with digital marketing and the social media. Top-flight digital marketers who share our vision, possess the technical and personal skills crucial for this role will enjoy the thrills and challenges that come along with this unique position.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the CEO, your focus is to develop, execute, and deliver high impact digital marketing strategies and initiatives for the group’s brands, products and services. As such, candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking and business strategy skills. This critical position demands heavy responsibilities and unequivocal commitment.
• Apart from planning and budgeting, you should be well-versed with using digital channels and tools such as corporate websites, social media, blogs, e-commerce, web analytics and search engine optimization to increase brand awareness, drive acquisitions, and gain and grow the interest of investors in the group’s products and services.
• Keeping abreast of latest technology developments that may serve as a medium to boost the group’s brand and profile.
• Creating and coordinating a range of campaigns for different digital channels as well as working with our small marketing team to integrate the digital marketing strategy with traditional marketing and PR strategies.
• Assisting in improving the design, usability, and conversion points of the group’s Internet presence.
• Expertise in content management strategy and knowledge of investment jargon would be advantageous.
• You should enjoy compiling and analysing data from various sources to gain customers' insights and always be looking for ways to continuously improve our traffic campaigns.
• Familiar with marketing metrics to track and measure the efficacy of our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• A strong Bachelor's degree from a reputable University, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Finance with IT or Computer Science.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and plans. Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an added advantage.
• Proven leadership skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from all levels.
• Dynamic and creative problem-solvers who thrive in challenging environments.
• Positive attitude, willing to engage in hands-on execution and able to work independently.
• Must enjoy working in a start-up environment and be comfortable with ambiguities.
