Job summary

ASEAN Records Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to support marketing, social media and events across the region. You will plan and execute campaigns, manage platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and create engaging content including graphics, videos and reels.

The role involves coordinating programs, guest lists, venues and suppliers for recognitions, galas, launches and roadshows, plus on-site operations and post-event coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, PR, event management, media or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Creative with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with social media and tools Canva and CapCut.
• Able to multitask, work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content, graphics, videos, Reels and promotional materials
• Manage social media content calendars and digital campaigns
• Plan and coordinate recognition ceremonies, gala nights, launches, roadshows and corporate events
• Coordinate guests, Record Holders, VIPs, media, partners, venues and suppliers
• Support event registration, programme flow and on-site operations
• Capture and coordinate event photos, videos and social media coverage
• Assist with website content, media publicity and brand communications
• Support partnerships, collaborations and other marketing or event projects
