• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or social media management.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and content creation.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor performance metrics and engagement, and propose optimizations
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner
• Coordinate logistics, setup, and on-site activities for events & roadshows
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution
• Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Assist in the production of marketing collateral (flyers, banners, videos, etc.)
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
