We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing to manage the company’s social media presence, create engaging digital content, generate customer leads and support sales activities.

The role combines digital marketing, social media management and sales responsibilities, with a strong focus on generating enquiries, following up with potential customers and converting online leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly digital marketing campaigns and content calendars.
• Create and publish engaging content including product videos, reels, photos, promotional posts and customer testimonials.
• Monitor social media trends and develop creative content ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Maintain consistent company branding and product information across digital platforms.

2. Content Creation

• Create marketing content using tools such as Canva, CapCut or other relevant applications.
• Take photos and videos of company products, activities, events and customer visits.
• Prepare promotional materials, product visuals and digital advertisements.
• Produce short-form video content suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
• Generate potential customer leads through social media, online campaigns and digital platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
• Provide basic product information and understand customer requirements.
• Record and manage potential customer leads for follow-up.
• Follow up with potential customers and online leads to encourage sales conversion.
• Prepare quotations or coordinate with the relevant team when required.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations and sales status.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assist the Sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Assist in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Monitor advertising performance, budget, enquiries and cost per lead.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and customer response.

6. Event & Exhibition Marketing

• Support marketing and sales activities during exhibitions, trade fairs and company events.
• Create promotional content before, during and after events.
• Engage with visitors and potential customers during exhibitions.
• Collect customer information and follow up on leads after events.

7. Reporting & Performance

• Prepare monthly digital marketing and sales reports.
• Track social media engagement, leads, enquiries, follow-ups and sales conversion.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Achieve assigned marketing and sales KPIs.

8. Other Duties

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to support company objectives.
• Perform other marketing and sales-related duties assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, sales or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Experience in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite or similar digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to attend exhibitions, events and customer-related activities when required.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required is an advantage.
