XL Axiata in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Digital Forensic Specialist to conduct examinations of computers, storage devices, and networks for investigations. You will identify data sources, preserve evidence, and analyze findings across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

The role requires 4+ years of forensic experience, strong networking knowledge, and the ability to present results clearly to non-technical audiences. Certifications and cloud/virtualization experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 4+ years of experience working with digital forensics tools and techniques
• Experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document findings and present results to non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades

• Conduct digital forensic examinations of computers, storage devices, and networks in support of criminal, civil, and administrative investigations
• Identify potential evidentiary data sources and utilize appropriate tools and techniques to collect and preserve digital evidence
• Analyze collected data to identify relevant information and draw conclusions based on findings
• Prepare detailed reports documenting examination methods, results, and conclusions
• Present findings in court or other legal proceedings as needed
• Stay up-to-date on advances in digital forensics technology and methodology
• Maintain chain of custody for all evidence collected
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing digital evidence collection and analysis
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
