Merck Healthcare is seeking a Product Manager to lead the diabetes and thyroid brands. You will shape short-, mid-, and long-term strategy, align with cross-functional teams, and manage brand plans including pricing, lifecycle management, and promotional spend.

Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Supply Chain to forecast demand and support portfolio expansion. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and oversee launch activities and educational events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
• At least two years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience or interest in diabetes and/or thyroid therapeutic areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement brand plans for diabetes and thyroid portfolios.
• Research market needs and translate insights into strategic priorities and plans.
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and regional teams.
• Lead omnichannel engagement strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure promotional materials meet legal and regulatory requirements.
