Job summary

GRIT in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on DevOps professional to architect, build, and continuously improve CI/CD capabilities across multiple engineering teams. You will design end-to-end pipelines, standardise templates, and drive automation to accelerate deployments with reliability and governance.

The role requires strong ownership, ability to explain pipeline architectures, and a track record of improving deployment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience designing CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to clearly explain pipeline architecture, build-test-deploy workflows, approval gates, rollback strategies, and deployment logic
• Proven experience debugging build and deployment issues with strong troubleshooting ownership
• Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and automation best practices
• Demonstrated track record of proactively improving engineering processes, deployment efficiency, or pipeline performance

• Cloud platform exposure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
