Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT/Computer Science and over 3 years of experience in scalable system architecture. Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and problem-solving skills is essential.

The TV Engineering & Operations team is looking for a DevOps Engineer who can make an impact with various stakeholders by creating meaningful solutions for the challenges imposed. This role will be responsible for the design, build, and delivery of software development infrastructure to support Singtel OTT services with internal tools and platform development. Partnering closely with different teams in Singtel, this position will help direct project teams toward automated codebase deployment that satisfy the business needs and align with Singtel’s IT & Security strategy.

• Understands business functions and requirements to design scalable, efficient and sustainable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with software developers to automate CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable deployments.
• Implement and maintain automated testing, deployment and monitoring systems on cloud environments (AWS)
• Help create technical documentation, including diagrams, flowcharts and specifications.
• Build, monitor and optimized cloud environments to ensure high availability, scalability and security.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues in cloud environment.
• Ensure the security and compliance of cloud infrastructure and services.Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.

Skills For Success

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the technology industry with experience in architecture of scalable and high-performance internet facing systems.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern development
• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
