DevOps Engineer

Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer to support day-to-day Developer Platform operations, monitor incidents, and guide developers on onboarding and technical best practices. You will collaborate with DevOps and development teams to resolve blockers and advance SSDLC maturity.

The role involves platform upgrades, POCs, and documentation to ensure stability and reliable service delivery across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with GitHub and preferably GitHub Actions.
• Experience with artifact/container management such as JFrog, Azure Container Registry or similar.
• Scripting/automation experience using Python, Go, Shell, Terraform or similar technologies.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, system administration and OS administration (Windows/Linux).
• Good understanding of networking and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID integrations.
• Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, SCIM or similar identity protocols.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk or similar.
• Experience with API specifications/documentation such as OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder support skills.
