Responsibilities

• Basic diagnostics and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, and tablets
• Refurbishment of used and aged electronic devices to restore functionality and appearance
• Assembly and disassembly of electronic equipment
• Replacement of components such as keyboards, screens, batteries, memory, storage drives, and other hardware components
• Functional testing, quality assurance, and final inspection of repaired devices
• Data capture and accurate recording of repair activities and test results
• Following standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines
• General production and warehouse support activities as required
