Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in CS/IT.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development concepts.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Update and optimise websites and landing pages for digital campaigns and SEO.
• Assist with HTML/CSS updates and bug fixes.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Support improvements to website functionality and user experience.

This internship provides exposure to real websites, digital tools, client support cases, and live projects, allowing you to understand how software development and technical improvements can directly contribute to business and marketing outcomes.

Salary: RM1,000 – RM1,500
Note: Bachelor's degree FYS candidates may be eligible for RM1,500.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development concepts.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving technical problems.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and ask questions.
• Able to commit to the full internship period.
• Assist in updating and optimising websites and landing pages for digital campaigns and SEO.
• Support basic HTML and CSS updates when required.
• Monitor website performance and assist in identifying and troubleshooting bugs.
• Support improvements to website functionality and user experience.

Automation & Technical Support

• Assist in building lightweight automations using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, and simple scripts.
• Support QA checks, reporting processes, and workflow improvements.
• Assist with basic client technical enquiries and follow through on issue resolution.
• Help identify opportunities to improve technical workflows and processes.

Content & UX Support

• Support landing page improvements, including layout, structure, and call-to-action enhancements.
• Assist in AI-generated content (AIGC) production, including ad copy, hooks, landing page drafts, and content outlines.
• Learn and apply AI tools across SEO, paid advertising, and reporting workflows.
• Support digital content and user experience improvements where required.

Documentation & System Management

• Maintain accurate, organised, and secure digital records.
• Document tasks, website updates, technical changes, and processes properly.
• Support the team in maintaining organised project and system documentation.
