Job summary

PointStar in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Developer Intern to build AI-powered internal applications using open-source tools. You will work with product managers and developers to design, build, and integrate solutions, with emphasis on practical ML models and scalable architectures.

You will contribute to open-source projects, prototype new ideas, and help deploy projects to production while learning cloud, containers, and CI/CD practices in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willing to join for a minimum of 6 months with commitment.
• Basic understanding of machine learning principles and AI algorithms.
• Familiarity with open-source software development and related tools (e.g., Git, GitHub).
• Exposure to popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
