Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our Local and Bill Payments team within the Core Banking domain. The role involves developing and maintaining AS400‑based applications that support banking channels, enterprise application integration, and payment processing on AS400 using RPG. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing support and enhancement for payment systems.
• Performing end‑to‑end development and delivery using COBOL & RPG on AS400.
• Assisting in troubleshooting, debugging and code quality review.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (System Analysts, Technical Delivery Manager) to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure smooth system operations.

Job Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in RPG, Cobol and Control Language development on AS400.
• Experience with AS400 programming in the banking/financial industry.
• Understanding and experience of banking payment transaction modules.
• Familiarity with Core Banking payment modules and AS400 RPG/COBOL.
