Job summary

R&J Linear Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent Accounts Assistant with a diploma in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of relevant experience. You will maintain financial records, process payables/receivables, and support daily accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with Excel and accounting software, and can work independently or as part of a team within our finance department in Kajang.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance (or related field) required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
• Handle invoice processing and payment arrangements.
• Support the accounting team with daily administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
