Job summary

Total IT Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to deliver day-to-day desktop and remote support for end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and AV/conferencing setups, documenting resolutions, and coordinating with the Service Desk for BAU and project work.

Candidate will handle Windows environments, manage devices via SCCM/Intune/Autopilot, and assist with account systems like Azure AD. Travel within the city may be required. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

Proficient with Windows desktop OS (Win7/8/10/11) and MacOS basics.
Strong communication with end users in English; able to explain complex issues simply.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and AV/meeting room setups.
Familiar with asset/inventory management and ticketing systems.
Knowledge of remote/onsite support and shift coordination.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day desktop and remote support to local and remote users.
Log, triage, and resolve incidents in the ticketing system with documented steps.
Collaborate with Service Desk and supervisors to ensure consistency across shifts.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, network access, and printing.
Assist with AV rooms, meeting room setups, and conferencing tools.
