Private Banking Relationship Management Leadership Imagine leading a team of Private Banking Relationship Managers who deliver exceptional wealth management solutions to high net worth individuals. As a leader in OCBC's Private Banking team, you''ll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, drive business growth, and develop the skills of your team members.

What you do

• Lead a team of Private Banking Relationship Managers to achieve business targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the client base
• Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals and their families
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated wealth management solutions
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members

Who you are

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business
• At least 10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services, including investment, credit, and insurance solutions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service
