Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia seeks a senior Concept Visualizer to lead design projects across web design, social campaigns and corporate branding. You will guide the design team, review concepts, and ensure a consistent, high-quality output aligned with client goals.

You will train staff on SOPs, UI/UX principles and best practices, collaborating with sales and marketing to deliver creative campaigns on time and within brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with 35 years of relevant work experience and a strong design portfolio.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the design team, including task delegation and motivating team members to meet project deadlines and achieve creative outcomes.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of designs.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, and multimedia design.
• Ability to produce storyboards and concepts for animation and videography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, WordPress, and Elementor.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
