Job summary

Ninjavan is seeking a budding Creative/Marketing assistant in Malaysia to help craft visuals for social media, branding initiatives, and marketing materials. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and product teams to produce assets and support campaigns, events, and launches.

You should be proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or Canva, and have a strong eye for aesthetics. This role suits a fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, multi-tasking environment

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong interest and skills in graphic design, photography, video shooting, motion graphics, and video editing.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content performance.
Ability to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute visual ideas.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Produce creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn with relevant PICs.
Support organic and paid content development.
Contribute ideas and trend insights to boost audience engagement.
Assist brand initiatives and event booth designs and liaise with external vendors.
Create shipper-facing visuals for presentations and events.
Assist with creative needs for HR, product launches and internal events.
