Job summary

ADSPACE PLT in Malaysia is offering a Design Intern role to support the creative team in developing visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and client projects. This hands-on position provides practical experience in design execution, collaboration, and content creation.

You will work with senior designers, gain live project exposure, build a portfolio across formats, and learn to apply brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Design Intern will support the creative team in developing visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and client projects. This role is hands-on and provides practical experience in design execution, collaboration, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design Support

Assist in designing graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and e-newsletters.

Contribute to the creation of branding materials such as posters, brochures, and presentation decks.

Support senior designers with layout, resizing, and adaptation of creative assets.

Content Development

Prepare visuals for campaigns, events, and product launches.

Help with ideation of creative concepts, mood boards, and mock-ups.

Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Work closely with the creative, marketing, and social media teams to align designs with campaign goals.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide fresh design ideas.

Learn and apply feedback to continuously improve design output.

File & Asset Management

Organize and maintain design files for easy retrieval.

Ensure accuracy in versioning and formatting across deliverables.

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Good sense of visual composition, typography, and color.

Detail-oriented and able to follow brand guidelines.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
