Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a graphic design-oriented trainee to support the creation of visual assets for branding campaigns, social media, and digital/print materials.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a relevant design program or recent graduation in graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent tools.
• Basic understanding of design principles, layout, typography and colour theory.
• Strong creativity and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual assets for branding campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop concepts that effectively communicate messages and ideas.

• Use design software and tools to create layouts, illustrations, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Support the production of multimedia content, including images, infographics, videos, and animations.

• Edit and retouch images to enhance their quality and visual appeal.

• Participate in design discussions, providing insights and suggestions to improve creative processes and projects.

• Maintain organised files and documentation of design projects, versions, and assets.

• Adapt designs based on feedback from team members, making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.

• Assist in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Enrollment in a relevant design or art program or recent graduation in graphic design or a related field.

• Experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator & etc) or other equivalent tools.

• Basic understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
